Spotlight Recovery is not an emergency service, crisis line, or 24/7 support line. We are not able to respond to urgent or emergency situations.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, at risk of harm, or in immediate danger, please do one of the following right away:

• Call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
• Call or text 9-8-8, the Suicide Crisis Helpline, available 24/7 across Canada.
• Reach out to a trusted member of your support system.

Our services are intended to complement, not replace, emergency and crisis care.

The website does not create a clinical relationship

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Reading our content, contacting us, or booking a consultation does not by itself create a clinician–client or therapeutic relationship. A professional relationship begins only once you have formally engaged our services and completed the appropriate intake process.
